Value for money - but I got a good deal, wouldn't pay the full price. Location - if you have a car this is an excellent location for Stellenbosch area. 24-hour front desk - I arrived late, checkin still possible after midnigth. Scenery - very nice. Breakfast was good even though quite costly.
Aircon did not work. Noise from other rooms was quite audible. Restaurant staff tried to cheat in a tip, changed the amount I wrote to a larger amount (but the front desk personnel handled this complaint professionally). For tourist the hotels in the town would probably be more convenient as restaurants and bars are in the walking distance.

spacious guest rooms, lovely pool area, multiple conference rooms
The lack of hand soap upon arrival!!! Strange toilet orientation leading to awkward visibility!!! Inconsistent towel replacement during stay!!! Non-alcoholic beverage options need improvement!!!

Fairly clean place & very pleasant staff at that reception desk. Well priced, neat and nice styled room with a verandah and a separate bathroom. Tasty breakfast, plenty of meals. Efficient check-in and late check-out, parking onsite. A gym was a big bonus too. Honestly nothing to complain about.

View of countryside and mountain
Was not able to be accommodated in the Dining room on Friday evening, was told the venue was booked out.So went to the downstairs restuarant to have supper, however was disappointed in the service. The food was cold and meat tough and dry. The salad was most unsatisfactory. We therefore went elsewhere for all our meals

It was just an excellent fit for a walk in the evening in Stellenbosch with great value for money. The friendly staff helped us quickly find our way around the hotel and recommended some great local dining options. Make sure to try the breakfast buffet. It's worth getting up for!

Food was good, room was clean and comfortable and the staff were nice.
WiFi coverage was awful and they managed to lose a box that was delivered to the hotel for me.

A perfect getaway with surprising views
Woke up every morning to fine mountain vistas from our spacious suite. The staff were attentive and cute.
Finding parking was quite a hassle, especially with limited spots during peak hours due to events and conferences around the area.

location
Because of poor service I received on my arrival, I didn’t enjoy my stay as I hoped I would. Hopefully when I go for the second time because I got a voucher I would probably have a different opinion about the hotel.

The rooms being physically separated from lobby and restaurants.. Meant one has to walk in the rain to go and eat.
